Walking Through The Light (I Can't Look At You When)

Walking through the light,
Searching for the night.
Dreaming all the night-mares,
Asking, does anyone care?

I see your fun fading,
Love no longer burning.
With a fire, full of desire,
As if my pain is all in vain.

Something happened inside you,
And you try to hide it behind you.
Maybe it's the best way for you,
But maybe it's not the best for us two.

Try calling out my name,
But you should know, this is not a game,
No, this is not a game, no, not a game, not a game.

I can't look at you when,
You're holding hands with someone else.
I can't be a happy man,
When you're acting blind when I'm around.

No, I can’t look at you,
You’re holding hands with someone else.
I’m not a happy man,
And you’re acting blind when I’m around.

You say I torture you,
You say I am killing you,
You say you can’t take it anymore.

But you don’t have the guts,
To look me in the eyes and say,
“That’s it, I’m done with it”.

All there is to decide,
You decide it only by your side.
I wouldn’t do it all the same,
I would try calling out your name.

Sometimes,
Like Israel Kamakawiwo`ole once sang:
“Somewhere,
Over the rainbow”,

And I continue with a heart-breaking bang:
"Love alone is not enough".
