One (Bleeding Heart)

Bleeding heart,
Feeling dark.

Laughing ego,
Losing memo.

Arrogant prank,
Giggling smart.

One face darkens,
While other laughs.

One eye rains internal pain,
While other external mocking.

One hand hangs in the air,
While other holds a laughing face.

One looks distorted by sorrow,
One engulfed by sparks of joke.

One falling to his knees,
One romping out of happiness.

One crushed to see his loved one mock him,
One amplified to see his loved one heart-crippled.

One’s eyes falling down,
Like a broken heart-shaped curtain.

One’s eyes roving up,
Freed of a monstrous burden.

One’s breath holding its last wish,
One’s breath carrying its plea for a new dish.

One yearning for a lightning,
To quickly strike him down.

One languishing,
For this moment to be one out of forever.

One’s trust and love betrayed,
One’s trust and love thee betrayer.

One’s heart and love ruined,
Like a catapult-razed castle wall.

One’s heart and hate resurrected,
Like from a phoenix’s ashes.

One’s dreams and will fading away,
One’s driving force renewed today.

One’s aim and mind gone astray,
One’s purpose resprayed on its way.

One falling deep into the ground,
One arising as a new dawn.

That’s just how this thing goes,
Triumph or become dust n’ bones.
